Cooper Farms Cooked Meats is a division within Cooper Farms. Cooper Farms is a wholesale food supplier selling fully cooked and ready-to-cook poultry products to retailers, food service distributors and chain restaurants. Private Label deli is its specialty. The company s raw turkey meats are shipped immediately to its Cooked Meats Division in Van Wert, Ohio. The facility produces cooked turkey products for food service and deli customers. Rebuilt from the ground up after a tornado struck in November 2002, it reopened in June 2003 as one of the newest cooking and slicing facilities in the nation. The facility processes more than 40 million pounds of fully cooked turkey, chicken and pork hams for restaurant and deli use annually.
