I have worked with this company for years on many projects throughout Los Angeles. Even on the complicated hillside projects my reports always get approved by the city. Not only are they good at what they do, I have not found anyone that is better priced. Sometimes I do need to remind them of my schedule as they do get busy but they always deliver when I need the report. I strongly recommend Richard Rybak and his staff.

Richard Rybak knows soils. For my projects, he took the time to meet with me personally at the site, and develop a strategy for building the foundations. He is very personable, and very dedicated to his profession. Both of my projects' soil reports were approved on the first round by the City of Los Angeles. I often recommend him to other architects without reservation.

Having sought three bids for my project, I went with Rybak Geotechnical because I felt Mr. Rybak took a hands on approach right from the start. It started with the free visit to my site, some calls to others working on my project, and finally the proposal. His pricing was comprable, fair, and everything was explained in black and white. Thereafter, his staff was thorough. Mr. Rybak provided a complete and precise report which was submitted to the city and approved. My only negative remark would be that on some days, when he was in and out of the office, my calls were not returned until the end of the day. In fairness, he was available by cel phone but I declined that option.
