Southern California Clock Emporium is a fraud. In May 2017, one of their agents came to my house to remove my clock for overhaul. Five months later I am yet to get it back. I have called their 800 number and the voice mail said they opened from 10:00am to 4:00pm. They never returned my calls. I sent a certified mail to their address in Van Nuys but it was returned. I would have lost both the clock and money if I paid the agent before the clock was returned. Please prospective customers, this company is a fraud. They must have been going through some financial problems. Buyers be ware.

If there ever was a definition good business, it would be Clock Emporium. I have been their customer for more than 10 years , The prices are very reasonable and they are very knowledgeable about clocks. this is a place where you are treated fairly and with respect. I brought in an old wall clock for repair the repair man clearly explained the problem, I have to say I was impressed with the time he took to explain each part of the repair. The best news is the clock keeps great time and brings back fond memories of its original owner, my late father-in-law.ocal favorite, or highly recommended because
