I want to thank you for the consideration you demonstrated during today's installation of my new water heater. The job was done with efficiency and respect for my needs and my "stuff."



I found you on the Internet, and I was trusting my intuition and my research skills. But we all know that it's a jungle out there.



I am grateful that such a big job was completed in so timely a fashion, and I would gladly recommend your services and request service at another time for myself.



Maybe on my next call, I can request that $20 discount, which I forgot completely about.
