I was initially very happy with the workmanship. They were more money than anyone else and I felt that it would be worth it to have the best. However, after the installation, the grout cracked and the caulk kept coming out of the joints. Repairs have been attempted 4 or 5 times with the same problem occurring each time. My wall is now damaged from water leaking out of the cracked grout and joints. I asked them to please fix it. They sent out a man who has never been on the job prior to this visit and instead of calling me back as promised, he sent me a certified letter telling me they see no need to repair it and that they are not going to fix it unless I pay them more money. They also asked me to communicate via US mail instead of the phone. I guess I will have to ask my attorney to step in and champion this one. I really have no words to describe how upset and blindsided we feel. There are 3 owners. I have only dealt with Joe Gilman and Mike Miller. Very disappointed in the level of honesty and customer service.
I would not recommend them based on this service or lack thereof.
Wish it was different.

We used Luxury Layouts shop at home service for new carpet in our living room and waterproof floors in our basement. We are very pleased with this company and their hard work!

I look forward to coming home now. I've had soo many compliments on my hardwood floors and backsplash!
