Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service. They acted like I inconvenienced them. I reserved tires on Friday and showed up on Monday morning as planned. I get there and they got my car right in. I then sat for 1 1/2 hours only for them to come out and tell me that they didn't have the tires I reserved. Their excuse was it was a bad morning. Really? Well, that makes it so much better that you wasted a total of 2 hours of my time. They acted as if me being there was an inconvenience. I called back later to try to talk to someone and they told me it was a bad morning and they had nothing more to say. If they didn't have what they promised, what did they make me sit there for???
