Just amazed at how these guys operate and care about their customers. I am pleased and would refer anyone to them!!!

I walked in for a quote thinking I was wasting my time being that I tried beating my current rate with access Insurance. These guys saved me over 800 for the year through a bigger and better carrier. I am very happy and please.

I would give a 0 star if i could. Absolutely disappointed. Do not fall for their false promise of a low monthly cost. They will ask for a non refundable down payment of $389 and promise a low monyhly rate. I fell for it. I paid $389 and was ready to pay $140/month (their promised rate) since my license is not old enough. But they've been charging me $160 for the last few months. I talked to One of the"helpful" agents. He said you'll get your money refunded. It was just a mistake. But here i am after a month with no refund, still being charged $160/month. And dont you dare cancel your policy. You will end up paying more for cancellation instead of getting your money back. This is a total scam. Do not fall for it like i did.

please do your research before purchasing insurance through upgrade insurance corp!! From the beginning I was helped by Eric P who works for the company he gave me an outrageous down payment amount inclusive with a "low monthly payment" and "free" filing of documents to the department of motor vehicles.Unfortunately, after doing my research I discovered several companies and was OUTRAGED when I found a company that would insure me with NO DOWN PAYMENT AND A MUCH LOWER MONTHLY PAYMENT! Immediately I called my sales representative eric to cancel the policy which had not been effect longer than 3 weeks and to my surprise I was told not only am I responsible for finding a insurance company but i would be responsible for an additional $150!!! After an houCompletely unprofessional company and sales representatives. Unfortunately i lost $300 please dont make the same mistake do your research and like ERIC told me read the documents that is how they make additional money from customers!!!!!!!

I recently signed up for FULL COVERAGE with Lupe. From the start Lupe gave me false information and when I called to talk about the miscommunication or false information he was very condescending and tried to rush me off the phone. Then when I asked to talk to his manager, he told me "I can have a manager call you back later". I told him "No, I wanted to talk to someone now". And he proceeded to tell me "Fine, you are going to have to wait 20 or 30 minutes" and placed me on hold before I could finish asking for his manager's name and number. - VERY RUDE. First thing in customer service is to listen to EVERYTHING your customer is asking.



I don't recommend going with this company as they don't know what they are doing, or they do know what they are doing and they don't truly care about the customers. They are clearly in it for the money and only the money.

If you want to save money this is a good place the service is ok I had a accident with them and it took 3 weeks to complete a very minor dent I got in a parking lot! My deductable sucked I had to pay 500 dollars out my pocket! Stupid lady hit my all over this my agent was nice and helped me through the process i just felt it took too long other wise i would of rated them higer

I checked out this co they had few mixed reviews with yelp.com and really wanted the deal they gave me. So i checked them out on the BBB and department of insurance they checked out very well I also was forwarded to a manager who told me that yelp was in multiple law suits for taking off reviews and he was right they are pretty ugly! I still waited a few months before I put up any reviews to insure this place was legit! It is and my agent is very nice good company very very happy five stars!!!

Very smooth transaction, I got insured over the phone in less than 20 min and paid zero down! I am very happy with upgrade thus far!!

Ok fast service good prices low fee's I recommend upgrade to anyone that need a broker! Yes you pay fee's they only charged me 50.00 and saved me 30.00 per month!

I was paying 2700 a year with survival insurance it has been 5 years now no savings went online and found Upgrade who is another broker and they saved my 1100 dollars with more coverage! Im very happy safe and legit

I was in line at the dmv waiting for hours upgrade service dept was able to send over my ID card i forgot at home in 3 min i was amazed and thrilled with this companies service you guys are Great!

Friendly company, I saw their cute girl commerical i had to call i was coming up for renewal and wanted to see what they were all about. I was able to process the whole thing over the phone was quoted 5 dollars off from what they promised me not a big deal i still saved 35.00 per month and they waived off there fees to balance the increase i my payments!

Im amazed on how accurate this company is on quotes i spent 2 days driving to 3 different insurance offices where the price changed on me when i got there. I called Upgrade who happened to be 3 blocks from where i reside they quoted me over the phone exactly what i received when i got into the office they ran my record and confirmed the rate before i came over! This was a amazing experience for me.

I shopped all week for the best deal i was paying 380 per month for car insurance and no one really cared about helping me save money. I called these guys and recieved amazing service and saved 150 per month and received more coverage! Im amazed and will never cancel my policy everyone needs to give these guys a shot!

After shopping all morning i found a place that acts and handle like big corp/ yet small enough to be up

and personal....customer service is excellent WOW! impressed not like those big insurance comp that just want your money. This guys spend time with you and explain everything.

Insurance quote wise: ummmm decent not low but not high..but well worth it as far as customer service and friendly enviroment.
