We used to order from Inthanon Thai at least once a week but we've encountered such repeatedly horrible customer service that we now order from another neighborhood Thai restaurant. The food is good but if something about your order is wrong or not to your liking (no matter how small and no matter if it's their fault) you can expect an argument. The server Nina is extremely rude and would literally argue rather than just make it right. When I commented that the dish I normally love was a little off, she did not offer to have it remade nor did she apologize and offer to take it off of the bill. Instead she first ignored me than was openly combative. Sadly, this is not an exaggerated account, it's exactly what happened. I'm sure we are not the only people who have encountered this employee's idea of customer service. What a stupid way to lose good loyal and repeat customers. The food is not good enough for me or my neighbors to subject ourselves to such ridiculously rude behavior.

Food was great, They have certain dishes that are not seen in traditional Bangkok style Thai restaurants. I tried the common dishes and liked them.
