My father was a patient there for over 10 years from 4-8 hours/day to 24 hour/day care until June 2015 when he passed away. We had wonderful CNAs and LVNs that took care of him at home so he wouldn't have to be in a nursing home. All staff scheduled for my father were experienced which was not always the case with other companies - I went through 5-7 companies and did not stay with them as they did not have the quality of staff I needed for my father's care. I really appreciated the quality of Continuity Care Home Nurses as they were insured, bonded and had people who were familiar with the skills my Dad required. My family was very happy with the quality of the service so this was why my father stayed on service for 10 years. Office hours are 7AM to 7PM Monday to Friday and they have a good on call staff after hours and week-ends. I appreciated the helpful, caring staff in the office & the RN supervision. My family really appreciated this agency's excellent services and highly recommend them. They have RNs and LVNs for private duty hourly care in addition to the CNAs & caregivers and supervise all staff with an RN. I was happy to have my father stay at home and not be institutionalized. Excellent company!

Love the care and nurses at Continuity Care Home Nursing. My mother has been treated by this fantastic group of nurses and professionals for 6 months now and couldn't be happier.
