I love this place and recommend it! I went a couple of years ago to have a Bluetooth stereo installed in my Honda which to this day I still have and works perfectly fine. I went a couple of days ago because I needed a Bluetooth stereo on a different car. They gave me my appointment and i got my stereo yoday and I am beyond happy! I love it and I'm over the moon! Of course common sense, if you're in a hurry like I saw a few customers come in and try to rush him and be rude about it, almost demanding that they get it done now... because they have stuff to do and places to be at. Don't be upset when he lets you know it takes time or that there's other people in front that have been waiting or that have appointments. Understandable tho, I had a shift I needed to work at later today that's why I made an appointment at a time where I am able to get it done without rushing. You cannot Rush a good job! And he gives you a ballpark time. These guys are totally professional and know what they're doing and like I said this is my second car I've taken to them and I have nothing negative to say and I am a happy customer! this is the only place I will go to get audio or anything I need for my cars. And the owner is just as awesome! Very professional and respectful and they make you feel comfortable, I almost feel like family lol!
Oh and my stereo looks great! I'm in love..looks like my car actually came with it!

The installer who was not Pancho kept saying my amp was no good .I insisted that it was. Three hours later I was told he hooked it up wrong!Luckily it had protection!Upon leaving their lot my Srs light came on.

They are thieves and crookes at this place Cisco Pancho Tunes. My husband went to Pancho Cisco Tunes in Vallejo, Ca 2509 Sonoma Blvd on 5/8/2013 to inquire about a stereo system. A male employee got inside our truck to see what was needed and after a few minutes that employee got out of the truck. Within a few minutes employee went to lunch. No work was started or completed. My husband got in the truck and went up under back the seat where he had placed a large envelope with cash in it. My husband had just cash his disabilty settlement check $46,500 was gone now gone from where my husbnad had hid the envelope under the back seat of our truck. the employee had enough time to take it while he was in the truck alone. My husband had left the bank and was on his way home to drop off the money because when I got off work we were going to open a joint savings account, but he decided to stop and go to this shop first. That was a huge mistake he made by not going home first becasue it cost us everything we had. We will probably lost our home, truck, we can't pay of our current or past due bills now. This has hurt us deeply. My husband made a compliant to the owner right away and the owner called the employee on his cell phone but of course he said that he did not take it. He finally came back from lunch and my husband called the police and they came out and made a report. The police said that we need to get a laywer and sue the owner. We are going to do just that.
