ER forgot to get the transport for my daughter who need emergency appendectomy surgery. They convinced me to let them move her to Walnut Creek even though I was concerned and the dr told me the ambulance would be there in about an hour. Then the Drs who saw her seemed to disappear all the while my daughter is laying in a room forgotten and getting worse. Hours and hours later and multiple phone calls to everyone we could think of and finally they arranged the transport. Horrible service, negligent staff, unconcerned Drs. No wonder so many people have horrific stories about this place they obviously deserve these opinions and more.
