They have no class at that branch. I went to the branch on a Monday and was waiting for a 500 transfer into my BUSINESS CHECKING ACCT. from another Wells Fargo Business Checking account and basically the person at the door stated it could take a few days.... I asked to speak to someone who knew their company policies. I am picked up by another banker and he begins to tell me it's 24 hrs. I asked him to check the status and if there was anything he could do. He never checked my account, the confirmation number, nor even knew my name. He would not help. I told him I had pending transactions and was going to be overdrawn if the money was not in my acct. He said I would be fine. The next day they system back dates 2 payments and asses $70.00 in overdraft of the 500. I went to the branch east of the 14 on Golden Valley and the rep there said he could only reverse one because the manager was not available but to come back and I can see if the manager will reverse both. I had school so I went to this branch because its where I opened my business acct and where I had asked regarding the online transfer. The employees were rude, everyone could feel the tension. They didn't even sit me down to talk to me they just walked me to the side and said they couldn't. I knew they could because the other branch was able to. I asked for the manager and a hispanic lady in about her late 40's with black hair, looking like she was sucking on a sweet tart tells me they are not reversing them and I tried to explain what happened and she did not give a damn. That branch SUCKS. SO THEN I CALLED WELLS FARGO AND TOLD THEM THE WHOLE STORY AND THE TELEPHONE BANKER SAID, ONE SECOND...... 3 MINUTES LATER HE APOLOGIZES FOR THE LONG HOLD THAT THE $70 WAS REVERSED INTO MY ACCOUNT. All that drama for nothing, the manager could have listened at least. The people at customer support did and did what they should have because it was an error.
