I came to this dentist to get a temporary crown, they told me they can't do the work because they have to Order it. Plus they wanted me to pay cash even though I have insurance. Really? This dental office is a scam and I plan to report them.

They are just not good so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I visited them almost 5 months ago for cleaning. They insisted on putting a crown on a teeth that I had no complaints about. I made 2 appointments to get it fixed afterwards.
Took the earliest appointment possible, I went to the office and my appointment took 2 minutes after I got in. The doctor simply came in and said he will need to replace the crown but I needed to make another appointment?!?
First of all I waited 2 weeks for the appointment time to go there. Second of all he already knew what needed to be done. Third of all when I was setting up the time for the next appointment with the person upfront I asked why this is not being done right at that moment her response was because there were 3 other patients booked at the same time?!? It is UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL to your patient to do that, to have them come to office to simply book another appointment. JUST FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!!

The doctors and back staff are great here. I was so happy I found them. The front office is very knowledgeable with insurance. The older woman that sits up front knew all about my insurance right away. She was very experienced , I had everything I needed fee wise. What a life saver. I felt very taken care of.

Stay clear of the office manager a bit condescending for me. Didn't like the way she spoke to the other staff up front either.

But all in all I will return with the rest of my kids. We just returned from vacation and they are asking to go to the dentist. "Really" I said?
