Bella Nails & Spa, was very unprofessional. I went in for a wax & they had to ask me several times what I wanted.

(I don't like when salons ask you what you want infront of everyone while everyone just stares at you as you walk in the door. They should ask confidentially at the desk.)

Then once I got my eye brow wax...all she did was put the wax on me & strip it off. She didn't even bother to give my eyebrows a second look. She didnt even pluck any left over hairs. I told her "that's it??" She looked at me like I was crazy & she replied "that's it? Yeah!" I told her "You aren't going to pluck the rest of the leftover hair?" & she told me "theres no more hair to pluck." It was outrageous I spent about 2 minutes inside there. I'm never going back there ever again.
