I have had all my cars worked on at this great shop. They provide good service. John the manager has always been helpful and the technicians are respectful of your vehicle, treating it like their own.

I have been coming here for years, up until yesterday it will stop. They are now under new management under a whole new team and let me tell you, it has been the worst service I have had in years. It started when I placed an appointment online, upon arrival I was told that it did not matter as there were others there before me. I was there on time at 8am right when they opened. I was disregarded completely. My questions were not answered by the skinny bald guy with tattoos and a light blue shirt. My request for a tire alignment check only tire rotation and synthetic oil change. My information was not in the system anymore, was the 3rd issue. I bring 5 cars to this location, and he could not find one. All tires were bought from this location with all 5 cars and their maintenance. I was treated by this (unprofessional manager) as if I was nothing or didn't have the money to spend. I also informed the the man I have a second car outside that needed a tire rotation. He never asked for that 2nd car and just left us sitting in the lobby. He says my car will be done in 2 hours. So we waited patiently.



After the my car was done 3 and a half hours later, They decided to do the alignment without my consent, the oil change they performed, the sticker was not placed on the windshield. Now according to the overweight unprofessional other manager Tony, the printer of the sticker does not have paper. I guess they did not want to change it or fill it up. Even with a $20 coupon printed on the website they were trying to charge me full price for a 4 wheel alignment when I saw the records of the paper it says a 2 wheel alignment for $45 dollars. If I knew I only needed a 2 wheel alignment I would have bought to another place that had a special of $29.99 for a 2 wheel alignment. Tony did not want to match the price. They never asked about the 2nd vehicle that was there. When I brought it up, they said all the bays are full.



My experience yesterday Saturday July 11, 2015 8am was the worse ever that gave me a bad start of the day. Never again will I go to this brand and location. Just this new set of management has ruined it with very bad customer service. I blame the idiot that promoted these 2 as fit for being a manager. Poor decision making. This now concludes my business with this establishment. I advise everyone to be wary as they will do what they want with your vehicle without your consent. We are nothing more than just dollar bills to them, and not as valued returning customers.
