Seems as if the owners of Valdosta Toyota should find some other way of advertising their dealership. My wife and I are multiple customers of Griner Cadillac and always received top service and fair sales. Many times they, Griner, have gone above and beyond their duties and obligations for us. We would not deal with any other dealership.

Switched from Cadillac to Toyota because of horrible service

I was looking for a new vehicle. As of two days ago I owned a 2006 Cadillac Escalade which I regularly serviced at Grinner. The last time I went to get it service, the mechanics misplaced my custom chrome valve stem covers and left the brake and power steering reservoirs open. I brought this to management’s attention. The 2cnd in charge service manager could care less, treated me rude, avoided me, scoffed in my face all while I was in my US Air Force uniform, and treated me like I was a bum on the street or if I was bothering him. I later talked with Mike, who is the head service manager who was better; neither manager apologized for the incident. The people of Cadillac have a good ole boy air about them and showed me no respect. I was so extremely disappointed and disgusted with this experience and instead of getting another Cadillac I traded my used Escalade in for a new Toyota from Valdosta Toyota Scion with 0% interest rates and received top value for my trade. The people at Toyota are 180 degrees different than the old snobs at Cadillac. The Toyota staff treated me so well I was literally embarrassed by their overwhelming gracious and kind caring behaviors. Toyota me the best deal ever business wise. I HAD the flagship of Cadillac, an Escalade and told all my friends and family I would only drive Cadillac’s for life until I ran into the people at Grinner Cadillac. I felt like I was treated like dirt! I was routinely ignored when walking into the store even when I was the only customer there, the Cadillac employees would continue with their conversation as if to ignore my 6 ft 2 inch frame. I'm planning on buying a SECOND new car from Valdosta Toyota in the upcoming months because of how awesome they are. Your poor customer service has lost the sale of one and potentially two new vehicle purchases. You should march right over to Valdosta Toyota or Toyota Corporation and learn a few things. I will do all I can to let everyone I know about my horrible Cadillac experience. No wonder GM went down in flames, haven’t you learned anything?
