Look no further for excellence!!

If you are planning a wedding or any event look no further than Vail Catering Concepts. We hired Chef Eric Berg to cater our daughter+s wedding and we could not have been more pleased with the quality,creativity, and the preparation of the food. The presentation and the service were outstanding. Many of our guests were from New York City and very familiar with fine cuisine. They ALL raved about the food! Eric did everything he promised and more. I don+t have enough words to adequately praise Chef Eric and his staff for the wonderful job they did. Our whole family is indebted to them for making our daughter+s wedding so very special. Thank you Eric!!! You are truely gifted!!
