I showed up on time for appointment. Door locked, lights off, but Tv on. I knocked, then telephoned. The machine picked up and I left a message. I waited to see if anyone would come out or up. No one did. I received a call six hours later asking me what I wanted. I explained they stood me up for my appointment. I asked about rescheduling, the woman never apologized just kept making excuses saying someone was there, they were in the shop, but she’d stayed home sick. I wouldn’t like their work anyway. I told her I needed another appointment preferably the next day or two. She kept saying someone was there and she was sick. I told her their professionalism was questionable and asked again for an appointment. She again told me I won’t like their work and hung up on me!
