We bought a $4,000.00 coal insert for fireplace.and paid cash 4 months later they finished the install with our constatnt' staying on them'the 1st group of installers didnt know what they were doing, the last group was better. Having trouble keeping it lit, and it may be due to the improper installation of the liner. They knew nothing about how to operate the stove!! I can't wait to have them back and try to figure this out .... so waiting 4 months and still NO HEAT Stay away from them!

I would highly recommend Hearth & Homes USA. My purchasing experience with them was great. The sales, installation, and after the sale treatment has been top notch. If you are looking for a Gas, Wood,or Pellet products they are the professionals I would recommend. They also sell pools, hottubs, and chemicals. I also purchase chemicals in the summer at Hearth & Homes USA.
