Great services and tech support team! One of the best Internet service provider with high bandwidth for a reasonable price.

Internet service sucks, but it's the only servicer my apartment building will allow here. It's 2016 and I'm paying $80 a month for crap in a box.

Avoid this company at all costs. They're only open 8-5 Mon - Fri. It's 2011! I called for support at 2 pm the day before Thanksgiving and got the answering service because they were "on the other line". I called back 5 additional times before 5 pm knowing that after 5 pm I was out of luck. I never got to talk to anyone and didn't get a return call. Now I'm without tv for 5 days because they're not open on the weekend or the day after Thanksgiving.
