Focused on Muy Thai. I went for the BJJ and MMA and was told I couldn't do the MMA. I hav trained in mixed martial arts before for about 2 years before this. I did try out their BJJ, and thought it was working in the right direction. The muy Thai class is cardio/technique- although it looks like they like to put fighters out there. I emailed Pete the owner several times about prices and class questions and got ZERO replies. I dont recommend this school unless you already know someone there or just want to go through the motions with nothing really gained.
