Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Took over 1 1/2 hours! Only me and another customer in waiting area. Other person there before me for oil change and was still there when I left. When I finally got vehicle back, they hadn’t even done the tire rotation. I couldn’t afford to wait another who knows long so I just left. Will never go back there again.

I purchased four Big O branded...

I purchased four Big O branded tires from this store. During November and December of 2012, I have had four flat tires due to "bead leaks". Two tires had repeated "bead leaks" within two weeks of being repaired by Big O. The tire installation practices at this store are clearly unreliable. In the Iowa winter, dependable tires and tire installation are critical for my safety and my 18 month old daughter's safety. If you care about your own family's safety, I recommend you go elsewhere for your tires.
