Having traveled all over the world including China to adopt our daughters, I have enjoyed a lot of Chinese food over the past five decades. The Mayflowers' vegetables are properly colorful, not overcooked and obviously fresh. The rice is perfectly cooked, the noodles have proper texture and taste. The meat, fish and vegetable dishes are as described and spicy if you want, not so much if you prefer. The ambiance is comfortable, but not fancy. The tables and floor are clean. I had a chance to peek into the kitchen and sing praises to the Chef. It was well organized and clean. If you want a fancy place with expensive furnishings, this is probably not for you. If you want the best Chinese food I have ever had, I invite to you visit and enjoy your meal. I found the service friendly and informative.
