From his perfectly timed arrival to the phenomenal workmanship and professionalism displayed, Baldwin exceeded my expectations. Having recently relocated to Maryland, I was not at all familiar with Horizon Auto Glass however I could not have made a better choice!

I needed my entire windshield replaced in order to pass the Maryland state inspection and Baldwin's work was impeccable.

If top quality, competitive pricing, and unprecedented customer service is what you seek, look no further. Baldwin is the man for the job!

Should have known the Amazon Local deal would be too good to be true. If I use them, I will pay $3 more for the same service that I would get from Safelite. The only difference is that I will be paying $20 for the right to do so.

Mr. Baldwin Void has done it again! He came to my home and installed the window to my husbands car. He's exceptionally professional, quick and comical to boot. If you want excellence and awesome quality, Baldwin is the man who gets the job done. Thank you, once again, Baldwin...you rock!

Awesome experience!!!! Called on Monday to schedule a repair for my minivan. Baldwin the owner answered my call and was able to come on Wednesday morning to repair my windshield. He not only arrived on time but he also completed the work quickly and neatly. My windshield has not looked this good since I left the dealership with it. I wish all automotive places were as friendly and proffessional as Horizon Auto Glass!!!!

I haven't had my windshield repaired yet, but I wanted to say what a great experience I've had with this company so far.



I was actually about to go with a company close to my house, but I saw an Amazon Local offer for Horizon in my email inbox and decided to check it out. I called for a quote and the owner was very friendly and told me about the deal before I had a chance to ask him about it. I thought it was really great that he did that b/c some companies won't give you a discount if you don't ask. Even without the coupon, the quote was $20 less than what I would have paid at the other location.

Someone broke into my car last night breaking the front door window. GEICO recommended that I go with the Safe Lite Auto Glass for repair and GEICO customer service representative conveniently transferred me to the Safe Lite Auto Glass representative. The price quoted to me seemed a bit high - $278 plus $24 if I wanted them to come to my work place to repair, and I decided to shop around. I found Horizon Auto Glass via the Yellow Pages, gave them a call and decided to go with them, since the price quoted was so much lower - $225 all inclusive. I am very happy I made this decision. Baldwin (I believe he is the owner) was very professional and quick. He came right to my office to fix the car and was done in about an hour. He was polite, very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. Quick, easy, convenient. I would highly recommend his company. I am not sure how the services of the Safe Lite Auto Glass company are, but they surely have a good deal running with GEICO. I bet a lot of people end up going with them thinking they are getting a good deal (since they offer a “discount” to GEICO customers). My advice – shop around before you commit to a company to repair your car. There might be better options for you out there.

If all auto repair experiences could be this easy life would be great! I read several favorable reviews online about Horizon Auto Glass and decided to call them to replace my windshield. I left a message for Baldwin, the owner, and he promptly called back to schedule an appointment. He gave me a 10 am -12 pm window when he would come to me and showed up around 10:25 - I was happy not to have to sit around all morning waiting for him. Baldwin was extremely efficient but more importantly friendly! He had my windshield replaced in an hour and a half and charged a fair price $225. I'd definitely use him again and I am happy to recommend him to others that need a new windshield.

I did an internet search for windshield replacement, and Horizon came up with some good reviews, so I called. Baldwin answered on the second ring, gave me a quote that was less than others I checked out, but I could tell he is who I wanted to go with. Trusted my gut and would do it all over again, and would send my loved ones and friends to him as well. Friendly, professional, on time, impeccable attention to detail and left my car much better than he found it. It's a pleasure to write a review like this because of such a great experience. I'm a business owner myself so customer service is important to me and he exceeded my expectations.

AWESOME!!!! I called Horizon on a Tuesday to schedule to have my windshield replaced. Due to rain, day after day, Baldwin was able to come out to my house on that Saturday. He is very professional and does his job tremendously. Baldwin also has a funny sense of humor, courteous, affordable without breaking your pockets and was answering all the questions I would throw at him. He fixed my windshield in no time and then, on top of that, he fixed the crack in my husbands' windshield. All praises goes out to you Baldwin. Like I said in the beginning, "AWESOME."

My winshield had a nasty crack and was not covered by my insurance. They recommended I call Safelife, which I did, but the price seemed very high, so I decided to shop around and came across Horizon Auto Glass.

My call was returned and I spoke with Baldwin and right from the beginning I was pleased because he was professional and assured me that I would be satisfied with the quality of work his company offered. I was even more pleased to learn that they come to your house and don't charge extra.



On 7/15/11, Baldwin came out to my house ON TIME and fixed my windshield in less than a hour and my car looked brand new. The windshield looked good and the price was more than reasonable and affordable.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have their windshield replaced with quality service and quality work, with no hassle and no hidden fees.

On 7/7/11, they responded out to my work place fixed my windshield in about 40 minutes and my car looked brand new. The windshield looked identical if not better than the one I had before and the price was more than reasonable and affordable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have their windshield replaced. Quality service and quality work, no hassle and no gimmicks.
