I am so glad that I found this place. I must of took my laptop to 4 different places in the Upland area and they all wanted to charge me over 130 dollars to remove a virus off my computer. It was one of those viruses that completely takes over your computer and you can't do anything. So I saw the sign 59.00 computer repair on Euclid so I decided to stop in and ask them what it would cost to get this virus off. The place that welcoming and was more a professional looking place rather than some dirty computer shop. I met with Mario and we sat down and he listened to my problem. When they said its only 59.00 dollars for their repair they mean 59.00 dollars. Of course he told me that he was backed up and that my repair can take a little longer than a week to get it back and offered me their Rush Job service which was 20.00 bucks more. I told him its ok and lets do the 59.00. About 11 days later he called me up and told me my computer is ready for pick up. I went picked it up and he even turned it on for me to show me that everything was cool. I was very happy with their service and I will be back again with a desktop that is not working right.

We have been doing business with Integrity since they opened up and they are quick, responsive and they make sure our business computers and server run smoothly and operate efficiently so our business can run efficiently. We highly recommend Integrity computer to any business out there that is looking to replace their IT person. We have also taken Integrity out personal home computers and they work better than ever. i can't believe they call it a business. Never return calls, always close and have to hunt they them for your computer. on a scale rating from one to ten with ten being the best. it's a Zero with a capital Z. Will not be back

I was told a week for my laptop to get repaired. It took a month and they did not even fix it. Each time I have gone during business hours to pick it up they are closed and they never answer the phone nor return phone calls. This is a terrible excuse for a business and refuse to pay their fee because they did not do what was asked. If I continue to have this issue and not able to pick up my laptop I will be informing the police because this is unacceptable.

This is the place to get your computer fixed. I am always on the road and my laptop is always with me since that is how I communicate with my family. Some how our teenage son managed to download a nasty virus on my laptop and I could not do anything. The virus took over the entire computer and I couldn't do anything. I was driving on Euclid Ave and happen to see a sign that said 59.00 computer repair. I pulled in and I was greeted by their staff. I started talking with Mario and he was up front and honest with me. He educated me about the virus that was on my laptop and assured me that they can remove it with out any problems and with out loosing any of my stuff. A couple of days later I got a call back from them and they told me that my laptop was ready for pick up. When I went in to pick it up they turned it on for me and showed me that the virus was gone and they also did some cleaning up for it. It actually ran faster than when I took it in. If you looking for a reliable place to take your computer without it costing you too much this is the place to go. I am glad I found Integrity Computer. I was driving down Euclid Ave and happened to see a sign for 59.00 computer repair. So I stopped to see what it was all about. I was totally taken back that they only charge 59 bucks no matter what is wrong with your computer. Of course if you need a part you have to pay for it but they get you permission before they do it. I happened to get a nasty virus that day on my laptop so I was glad to see that sign otherwise I was on my way to Best Buy which would have cost me an arm and a leg. I went back home and brought in my laptop. The staff was friendly, helpful, and overall professional. The girl at the front desk explained the process to me and I felt relaxed and assured that I wouldnt loose any of my data. I have been down that road with Best Buy. About 4 or 5 days later I get a call telling me my pc is ready. I picked it up and everything was working great. They even did all the software updates my computer need and it was running great. I will not be going back to Best Buy anymore. Keep up the good work Integrity. If anyone is looking for a place to go for computer repair this is the place to go.

I must have called several places to get prices for my computer and I got nothing but the run around with them. I took my computer to Best Buy Geek Squad and they wanted almost half my pay check to repair my computer when. They were outrageous and on top of that they said it would take 45 days to get my computer back. I was driving on Euclid Ave and I saw a sign that said computer repair for 59.00 dollars. So I stopped in to see what it was all about. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff members and I stated asking them questions. Integrity Computer Repair has got to be one of the best computer repair places that I found. When they say it 59.00 dollar they mean 59.00. There wasn't any other hidden charges and they explained the entire process to me. I asked them how long it would take and they said somewhere around 4-5 days. That is a whole lot better than 45 days. I went back home and got my computer and brought it back in. 3 days later they call me back and tell me that the computer is ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up they hooked up my computer to their monitor and went through the entire repair with me to show that the computer has been fixed and I was very pleased. Their staff is friendly, honest, and most of all they have Integrity. Don't waste your time with others out there and go see Integrity Computer Repair. I sure am glad that I found them. Their name say's it all. I read all the reviews on here before I decided to give Integrity a call. I briefly described my problem over the phone and the tech over there knew right away what I was describing. I took my laptop in. They were honest with me from the min I stepped foot into this place. Because of their amazing price they told me that they were a little backed up in the shop and that it would take about 5-6 days to fix. After 4 days I got a call back from them and told me that my laptop was ready. Not only did they take the viruses off my laptop but they cleaned up the right way and somehow made it faster than it was before. I highly recommend this place to anyone that want to anyone who wants their computer fixed by professionals and not some teenage kid. I will be going back to them and bringing them another computer of mine that needs some fixing. Keep up the good work Integrity.

I had some guy come out to my house to fix my laptop and desktop computer and he made the situation worse than it was. I then found Integrity Computer Repair and called them. The tech on the phone took the time to speak with me and tell me what he thought the issue could be. I took both my computers into their location and met with them. I felt comfortable right away when I walked in. The head tech sat down with me and listened to my problem and assured me that my computers will be fixed. After about 5 days they called me and told me that my computer were ready for pick up. I ended up paying less at Integrity then I paid that schmuck that came over my house. I wish I found Integrity in the first place and didn't waste over 200 dollars on someone to come to my house. Lesson well learned. If you want your computers fixed the right way professionally take it to Integrity Computer Repair. Their name says a lot about them and they mean what they say. I am a customer for life and I am telling all my friends and family about these guys. Thank you Integrity.

We took our computer into Integrity Computer Repair last week for repairs. Now a days it is hard to find a repair shop that will not charge you an arm and a leg to fix your computer. I must have gotten several prices from other places and found Integrity to be the cheapest repair shop. We took a chance and decided to give them a try. We went in and talked with Mario. He sat down with us and listened to our problem. Our daughter downloaded a virus on our computer and it took over the computer and we couldn't do anything. The computer was inoperable. We were worried that we would loose our stuff since I had years and years of pictures on our computer. Mario eased our worries and assured that we wouldn't loose anything. After 4 or 5 days Mario called us up and told us that our computer was ready for pick up and apologized that it took a while. We understood why. He was backed up due to the great price that he is offering people. I mean 49 dollars to remove a virus when other places were telling me 150.00 and up. We picked up our computer and brought it home. Not only did he remove the virus off the computer but he also sped it up by disabling many things that didn't need to start up. He also installed a free version of antivirus on our computer also. He went above and beyond to make sure our computer was operable again. If you are looking for a great computer shop to fix your computer take it to Mario at Integrity. You will not be disappointed.

The subject says it all about this place. I got a phone call from them to tell us about their computer repair and I almost hung up the phone thinking it was a telemarketing call. The guy that called was very nice and professional on the phone so I listened to what he had to say. It was great timing because I had a computer problem when they called. I took my computer in that day and met with them. The Head Tech Mario was very professional, well dressed, and well mannered. I felt comfortable right away when I walked in. 2 days later Mario called me and told me that my HD was going bad but he was still able to recover my files. He replaced my hard drive to 500GB and all of my personal files. When I got my computer back it was like nothing was ever wrong with it. If you want a professional service at a great affordable price this is the place you need to go to. I almost took my computer to best buy and I am glad that I didn't.

I took my computer into Integrity Computer Repair last week and I was hesitant at first to do it. As soon as I walked into their office I was greeted right away and the Head Tech sat down with me and listened to my problem. He assured me that they are able to fix my computer issue with out loosing any of my personal stuff. I had tons of pictures and music that I purchased from iTunes that I didn't want to loose. 3 days later Mario called me back up and told me that my computer is ready to pick it up. I brought it home and plugged it in and it was like I never had any problems with it. All my pictures and music were still there and my computer even runs faster than it did before. Now a days it hard to trust anyone with your computer. I was hesitant to leave my tower computer at this place but they assured me that my personal data would be kept confidential. My son download some stupid virus off the internet that took control of our computer and it was unusable. I called other places around the are and they were charging over 100 dollars to remove my virus. I finally called Integrity and from the min I heard Mario's voice on the phone I was at ease. I decided to bring my computer in and talk with him about what was going on. He educated me on the type of virus we had and how we got it. Just sitting with him for a few mins I knew this guy knew what he was talking about and in just 2 days he called me back and told me that the computer is ready and that the virus was taken off. I asked him how much I owed him and I could not believe the price that he gave us. It was just $40.00 buck and I was taken by surprise. I thought it was going to be over 50 bucks or something. I am glad that I found this place and I am recommending them to everyone that I know. I took my computer to Integrity after I came across them on yellopages.com and I am so glad that I found them. No wonder they are the number 1 hit in all the areas. Their service is beyond great. Mario is a great Tech and he fixed up my computer in no time. My jack that charges my laptop was broken and I called Best Buy and they told me that they would need to send it out to the manufacture to get it repaired and that it could take as long a 4 weeks. I couldn't wait that long. When I call Integrity Mario assured that he is qualified in doing these kinds of repairs and I trusted him. After 2 days he called me back and told me that my laptop was ready for pick up and that the repair was a success. I can now use my laptop charger again thanks to Integrity.

We got a phone call from one of the reps at Integrity Computer to let us know that they are new in town and offering a special. It happened to be that our computer was not working and I took the time to listen to the guy on the phone and I went ahead and brought my computer in the same day. Mario who is the tech at this place was very knowledgeable and he took the time to listen to our problem and understood our computer issue. 2 days later we get a call back from Mario letting us know that the computer had been fixed and to come pick it up. I thought it was going to be a 100 dollar repair but I was shocked that they only charged us 40 bucks for all the work that he did. We are telling all our family, friends, and neighbors about Integrity and what an exceptional job they did on our PC. They even gave us a free version of Antivirus program to make sure we are protected. I highly recommend this place to everyone that is reading this review. Their name says it all!

Integrity is one of the best computer places that I have come across. Their prices are the best and no one can beat it. Trust me I know I checked many places before I decided to go to Integrity. The head tech Mario is very professional and well mannered. He took the time to explain the problem to us and offered us many different solutions to fix our PC. Not only did they remove the viruses from our PC but they also optimized the computer to work as if we just got it brand new from dell. I must have sat on the phone for hours with dell tech support and got no where with them. We are so glad that we found Integrity Computer Repair and we will come back from now on to them for our computer repairs. I am unemployed right now but my computer broke down a few weeks ago. A friend of mine referred me over to Integrity and I am so glad that she did. The head Tech Mario is beyond professional. He will go out of his to make his customers happy no matter what. I couldn't believe the price that they are charging customers. My daughter of course downloaded limewire on to our computer and that is what cause the mess for us. I am so happy and glad that they were able to help us. They also provided us with a free version of Antivirus, plus they did all the Microsoft updates and made sure our system was running flawlessly. And they did all of that for just $40.00 bucks. I couldn't believe it. I offered to pay Mario more for all of his hard work but he refused to take more than what they were asking. If that isn't Integrity I don't know what is. I a customer for life.

I brought my laptop to Integrity last week. I was freaking out that my laptop was no longer booting up into windows and I couldn't get my data. There was a loud clicking noise coming from my laptop and I didn't know what it was. Not only was Integrity able to get my data off the hard drive, they were able to find a new replacement hard drive for my laptop in a matter of days. They reinstalled Windows on my laptop and setup up the whole thing. They even gave me a free Antivirus version. When I got my laptop back from them I was able to get online right away and use my computer like nothing ever happened. The only thing I had to do was reinstall some programs that I already had on CD at home. My laptop now run smoother and faster. Thanks to Integrity Computer Repair I was able to get my laptop fixed at such a great price. Geek Squad was over 300.00 dollars. I think I only paid 135.00 with the replacement of the Hard drive. If you want your computer fixed the right way make sure you go to Integrity. The head tech at this place is just out of this world amazing. The business card is now hanging up on my fridge and I am passing out their number to everyone that I know.
