Hello my wife went into your shop today and the two employees in were very rude. She took our 3 kids into get ice cream after having a terrible day; because in the past she has had a good time at your shop. But today the male employee refused to put the two scoops of icecream into two bowls, for two young children whom are won't to share. Then the man made the shaved ice terribly and didn't put as much in it as he was supposed to (we have been customers for several years). So my wife asked for a refund and the woman slammed the money down onto the counter and began laughing at her.
