Concur. Poor service and a no care attitude if they have my business. I choose to avoid these types of places.

The one time I had a mower repaired it was painfully obvious that they had so much business that they didn't need mine. The mower was indeed fixed, but it was neither a reasonable price nor a quick job, and it was just an overhaul -- nothing out of the ordinary. I have since tried to buy parts on two occasions and was simply told "we don't carry that." I tried doing business here because it's less than a mile from my home, but it's just not worth it. I take my business to John Deere on 1604 now.
