When i called for possible pricing on replacing a fuel pump on a KIA, the guy hung up on me. I don't have a lot of money. I didn't want to waste their time on something i couldn't afford yet. I called back and politely said we must have been disconnected. He then said no I hung up. I asked if he did it on purpose. He said, We are backed up on business and yes he did it on purpose. I wasn't rude or disrespectful. I guess they expect me to shut up hand them a credit card and hope for the best. I tried to call back twice, after I decided to write the review, to get the man's name and they wouldn't even answer their phone. One bad apple ruins the faith in a business.
