The manager was incompetent and the general manager was uncouth, in addition to being ill prepared. They should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for taking money in exchange for such services.

I would NEVER recommend this place for any event. As a place that is supposedly there to cater events, it was an overall disgusting, overpriced, under staffed, under trained, and poorly managed place for the service and accommodations paid for.

What the heck happened to this place it used to be so good my daughter had a baby shower there in June and the food was excellent my friends are members there and they heard they hired a new Chef and manager but I guess they hired the wrong people cause obviously the food has gone too crap.. We used to love the soups and salads but all it is now is bland and tasteless and our salad looked like it was made a week ago.. And then the following week we had breakfast there and our pancakes were raw and doughy and my wife's eggs were supposed to be over easy but came out fried.. Plus we're not the only ones complaining about this. It's a shame. What happened to the good food?????
