February 28 2016 I called union checkers taxi to go from Lowes which is on Morris Ave to Home Depo route 22 I waited for them for 1 hour there taxi never showed up I was waiting outside. I had to cancel my plan and go home walking. I personally don't recommend them at all to nobody,they are unprofessional and customer service is worst. They are always late sometimes they don't show up,sometimeso they don't show up at the right place.they are rude when u denie tips,some of them drink alcohol and drive,some of them are on the phone and driving .

Son persona muy amable y muy. A tiempo. Me gusta muchos su servicio se lo recomiendo siiiiiiiii

Cab drivers very friendly and Always ON TIME. My family and I always call them I differently recommend Cab 3 although they are all great.

I use them regularly great customer service always on time.

I hate them. Always late. Always making me late for work even when I call ahead of time. The worse service I ever experience

These guys consistently arrive late even when a scheduled pick up is made a day in advance. The dispatchers are impatient and clueless, and if you can't speak Spanish, ne prepared to struggle to get clear communication.

some of their drivers are nice, but some of them are rude and have poor customer service skills.

I used them like 4 times, because I barely call a cab..but when I do I call them..very polite, and the taxy arrives to my house on time...I actually called them the first time, because of my mother....and I don't regret it at all..I will call them, if I ever need to call a cab again.

i used union checkers. i love the service the drivers are nice. When i go to the airport the drivers help me with my bags. and the best thing is that the prices are the best in the area!!!!!!!!

I used union checkers last oct 2010 . The driver was a lazy sob , didnt get out to help me with my luggage at pickup or dropoff at airport. I usually tip 20% that would be $10

but i gave him $5 which afterwards i regretted it. I shouldnt have tip him Jack!!! I will never use union checkers again
