It takes months between each appointment. So, if you need 3 appointments, figure 6 to 8 months minimum....they will tell you how busy they are, but it seems the staff probably spends half of their time dealing with unhappy customers. I don't think it should take a year to get through a cleaning, 3 appointments where work is being done (fillings, etc.), and a partial denture getting made. If you have that kind of patience, then this is your ideal clinic! Otherwise, don't waste your time and energy.

This place deserves no stars. Sorry I have deductions taken out of my pay for coverage for Eastern Dental. Phony staff. Much better when Dr. Iverone was managing office in the past. Not now with Dr. Grober. The length of time it takes to make an appointment is months. They do not have enough dentists to accommodate patients. Strongly suggest saving yourself the grief by choosing another dentist office!!!!

This place may be "convenient" with all of the services they have, but their office procedures and support staff are horrible! What other dentist group takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours for just a cleaning? They are never on time. If your appointment is at 10:00am, be prepared to leave there some time after 12:30pm. And IF it is THEIR mistake with the appointment time (which happens A LOT), they will not even try to accommodate you -- they say the next available appointment is in 3 months! They do not care at all for their patients' time and well being. Very sad...

Appointments are WAY too far out, always booked up. Expect to get an appointment 2 months down the line!
