I have been going to Belford for 20+ years and I have always experienced excellent and courteous service.

Before they changed management they were good but now they are horrible. I went on a Friday to have them look at my car and he said come back on Monday so that we can look at it I said ok I brought my car back on Monday and they told me to make a appointment when I said I had one they said o took my car to the back and then the guy come out and said they were going to charge me I said ok how much he said 95 an hour and did not know how long they would be so I told him no thank you. I will take my car somewhere else with a lower diagnosis rate he started agreeing with me staying there will not be anyone cheaper and blah blah etc..... moral of this story stay away they are horrible and try to take advantage of women.
