If you were to call to inquire if they have a particular part for a TV they will just say " We have to come out and check for ourselves". I tried to get a new screen for a hitachi rear projection tv.. I tried to supply them with part number and model of TV and they refused to give me a price. The only remedy was for them to come out and see for themselves at a $80 dollar mandatory charge. I was very unhappy. I found the screen with someone else and installed it myself. Thanks anyway Al....
