He is having sever mental health problems, to the extent of smelling like human waste and repeating himself over and over. Heart breaking to see should be a example to the young that alcohol is one of the worst addictions to have.

BEWHARE, BEWHARE, In my opinion Mr Upchurch’s better law days are far behind him. He was the prosecuting attorney for Franklin Co. for 19 years and if you didn’t hear him tell you that the first time he will tell you twenty more times before he finishes. In my opinion he drug my case out for over a year telling me that they (Prosecuting Attorneys) would eventually drop my case because “they would have bigger fish to fry”. Are you ready for this; I’m the one who got mugged. On the advice of my attorney I didn’t give a statement of what happened so it went to the Grand jury that way. There was a warrant out for my arrest for over a month but because my attorney didn’t have his head in the game I was arrested on a Fri evening ( try getting out on a Fir evening). I was coming from the sheriff’s office trying to find out information on my case. During the first year my attorney never presented the prosecuting attorneys with the pictures of my mangled face, the 6k damage done to my car or my side of things really happened. In my opinion it was sad to see someone be able to take advantage of the law to pad his own pockets
