I was quoted a price well within my budget, having fully disclosed all pertinent information. When I called back to ask when my bill was due several weeks later they finally decided to inform me that the end cost was substantially higher than either of the prices I had been quoted. I believe it is ridiculous to charge someone without informing them that the end cost will be about thirty-six percent more than was agreed upon.
