I am trying to understand the current status of this company. A drive by a few months ago would indicate that something terribly wrong was happening there, and that the business existed no longer. Then, what seems now like the beginning of June of this year, I noticed many McHenry County Sheriff's squads there, as well as unmarked units. I also noticed many wreckers moving out many of the disabled autos and tractors that were spread around the entire. I cannot find a police report regarding the reason so many police were involved in the clean up process. I'm thinking there has to more to the story.

Based on a drive by you might not even believe the business was open for business.In the first week of Oct 2018 I turned in 3 items for fixing, 1st- a new collar was replaced end of December after weekly check ins to insure it was being handled. 2nd - could not be fixed was told end of December 2018, 3rd- NOT done yet with out any communication or updates since I last touched base, end of December 2018.
This is a strange situation for certain....I would never suggest this business to anyone.

I have been dealing with the Mink Barn for at least 10 yrs when I first moved from California to Illinois Their selection is outstanding - adding - many one of a kinds. Pricing is reasonable and nonetheless negotiable. I'd buy a coat every season if money permitted but sometimes you have to step back and admire the 7 coats you already have
