I bought a ticket from them that matched the lowest price I received from other travel agents. Unknown to me at that time I was charged an extra $60. I called them after I got my cc bill, they told me they would reverse that extra charge. They never did. When I called them on it they then said they would send me a check for that amount. I have not received the promised check from and they will not return my calls. I would never use them again and would advise other people to avoid them.
