I would give these guys a negative number of stars if I could. I bought a leather sectional, the color does not match, they send a 'technician"., the technician wrote up a report that said that is was "normal" to have a color mismatch like that. I wanted to return it. They said, you can return it withing 3 days of delivery. But they sent the technician after about 7days. Please, Please do not buy from these people. You are not going to be happy. Lookup their horrible reviews on Consumer reports.

I just recently moved into the bay area from Malibu and needed a family room set for my new place. I've been hearing some buzz about La Z Boy so I went to check them out. I couldn't believe how nice the furniture was! The salesperson cracked me up too! I told him that my family room had to:



a) look cool, I do have a reputation at stake

b) be comfy and have a sleeper for my socal company

c) be delivered YESTERDAY



And they totally pulled it off! It looks so cool. I did the whole room with beautiful coffee color tables, lamps, the colorful wool rug, even some hip art work for the walls. The sleeper mattress is so comfortable that I'm afraid my socalians will never leave! Anyway, huge applause for La Z Boy! I am so happy with my furniture and all their great service!
