A while ago I took my car to the dealer for routine service and inspection. I received a phone call from the dealer telling me that I needed to have my brakes replaced. They said because the car was already on the rack they could knock it out very quickly. I declined mainly due to time constraints. I work near Escutia's Auto Repair and decided to have them look at it. They came to my place of employment and picked up my car. A few hours later they called me and told me my brakes were fine and no repair was necessary. I've been a big supporter ever since. I take all of my cars there. Gabe is old school, which, means customer service, fair prices and trustworthiness is paramount. Highly recommend.

My friend has been a customer at Escutia's for several years and told me to come here. When my car would not start, even after my roadside service came to jump it, I had it towed to Escutia's. Right as I walked up to Gabe, I let him know that my friend told me about him. He knew exactly who I was talking about. My friend spoke very highly of Gabe and his crew. And now I will do the same.

Gabe showed great customer service and when my ride was going to be awhile, he offered to take me home which was less than a mile from the shop. He called as soon as my car was finished and I told him I would be there in 10-15min as I was going to be walking. He again offered to give me a ride. I am from Hawaii and my mom had just sent me a box of goodies that I decided to share with Gabe and his crew as I am really thankful for their great service!
