Customer service and responses to social media criticism is incredibly rude. Facility is bare bones. Very few amenities and website is not accurate regarding what they have available, there is no Garland for sale, there was no train running that I noticed. Trees not labeled for what type they are. No shaker for the tree to get rid of insects or loose pine needles. Clearly I'm a city slicker who doesn't appreciate anything but it wasnt what I expected.
