Well I see that this place has only got three stars. I see the reason because there were only two people that sumitted a review. So Went there for flooring for bathroom and kitchen. They were more than helpful they were very helpful. So now I am back to this store again for a back slash. So what does that say you do the math. Thanks for all your help in choosing and suggestions

Nice selection of tile, just don't bothering ordering, they forget to put the order in and then do not own up to it after the customer has been waiting 3 weeks for a call back from them. Not dependable and staff not well trained. Go elsewhere for better service.

I think the BT Tile and staff were enormously informed and extremely helpful. They have almost too much product to choose from. I did my whole kitchen, living room and bedrooms and never had one problem. The service was wonderful and the people were great.

I would highly recommend BT Tile to anyone who asked!!

went to buy grout. ok experience. went back to buy more they didn't have it. turns out to be special order that was leftover and wasnt told that on first trip. then guy behind counter turns into complete JERK!!!! WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!!!!!!!!!
