Our daughter was coming home from college and a piece of rubber hit the front of her car and busted her radiator! They called Borum Service Center to tow the vehicle. They came picked up the vehicle and our daughter and looked after until her friends could get there to pick her up; We very much appreciate that! What we didn't appreciate is the $250.00 charge for an 18 mile round trip! They stated that was a "deal" they usually charge $350.00!!!
Talk about gouging the $#!+ out of somebody already in crisis! Ridiculous! They made no amends or apologies for the charges! We would NOT recommend calling them for ANYTHING! Unless you want to pay out the @!#/&*( for it!
