After giving Rain Forest Fantasy years of business to deliver flowers to my mother in Ukiah I will now give my business to anyone but them. They have always delivered to the same address for a $10. delivery fee. Upon reviewing my online order, this was the delivery fee they charged me the other day. When I checked my credit card statement, Rain Forest Fantasy tacked on an additonal $10. delivery fee for a total of $20.!!!! I agreed to the $10. fee when placing my order but NEVER to the $20. fee. This was so out of line. When I called, they could have cared less and my business to their establishment meant nothing. I hope everyone is careful who orders from them online since they tell you one thing and then charge you another. BE CAREFUL. NICE FLOWERS BUT AT WHAT COST?????

Their staff is always friendly and knowlegable. The quality of their products I have received as well as sent have always exceeded my expectations.
