Horrible customer service, called in a clutch with a 5 year old with a temperative spiking. All the receptionist was concerned about was if we could make to the office and complete the paperwork before they closed "in fifteen minutes." When asked what she suggested we do, she suggested we wait until the next day at 9AM so we could fill out the paperwork. AMAZING!!!!

I have been there several times before and received decent service, however when I took my daughter there yesterday with a high fever and sore throat, the service was terrible. No one introduced themselves, the physician looked in my daughter's throat ONLY. He did not listen to her chest, look in her ears or even feel for swollen glands. They had to stick her twice to try and get a blood sample and when the medical assistant (definitely not a nurse) had to give her two injections, his technique was horrific. He gave the first one directly into the center of her gluteus and did not pinch up the muscle, nor did he aspirate to see if he was in a vessel and if he was aiming for her sciatic nerve, he did a super job. I pointed to where he exactly should give the second one. I have been a nurse for 30 years and have never seen such inept and potentially dangerous technique. He did have a nice personality, but that does me absolutely no good. Stay away if you want quality healthcare.

We got right in, didn't have to wait long, had professional care, and got our xray. They gave us a copy of the xray to take to our orthopedist. I will DEFINITELY return when we need urgent care.
