I had to call them to help get my fiance out of jail the gentleman who works there was very nice and fast with the help. However on the 6th my fiance had to go for court we was having car issues I tried calling the courthouse but its court day so there was no answer. When I called longino's just to simple explain what was going on and what did we need to do the lady who answered the phone was Rude and Cursed in a very very none professional way and the other lady just blew it off. Very disappointed that they have unprofessional people working for them.
