I think this is the best cinema in Tyler. It's clean and the Chicago popcorn is the best.
And the employees are very friendly.

Way overpriced and rude employees. Prefer Times Squares Cinema better.

I just moved to tyler read reviews that this was the best theater to go to. Went on a date with my fiancée to see a new sold out movie (the late one too). The movie cut off after about an hour no employees addressed the crowd to let us know what they were going to do. Then they restarted the movie like back at the beginning and when I asked for my money back that I would just come see it another time when it was working correctly they got mad and were upset that I asked for a refund because they were trying to fix it and were trying to "figure out where it cut off". Ruined my night. Is it too much to ask to pay to see a movie from beginning to end with no intermission? I think not! Horrible service I think all the employees were like teenagers too no adults were in site!

Used to go to movies here, but employees are rude ( including managers).

The staff is nice and friendly, they always have a smile on their face & so much more cleaner than Hollywood.
