This company shows lack of integrity and professionalism. We hired Brandan Anderson to remodel our home in Holly Lake Ranch, Tx. It was very clear what he was hired to do, to be the contractor that would get the work done in a professional and timely manner. He began October 31, 2017 and was to be completed in 4-6 weeks. Mr Anderson has collected $19,200 to date from us leaving $3200 and has yet to complete one project to a professional standard. He has personally not done any work in our home, only to send subcontractors without being supervised to do jobs that are in no way done to a professional standard and require additional work to be completed or corrected. We met with Mr Anderson when he was requesting another draw after receiving half upfront and expressed our concerns that the subcontractors he was paying had not completed their jobs. He assured us that the work would be completed and in good faith we trusted him to do what was right. Still the work was not getting done. Last week we went to see the work that he claimed had been done and the house was still in need of much work. We spoke with Mr. Anderson and emailed him, along with 30+ photos. We discussed a few of the corrections that needed to be addressed seeing that there were too many to list and assumed that the photos spoke volumes. He has refused to accept responsibility for the unacceptable workmanship and we were informed that he will not be returning and we can keep what we owe him. We got a bid on the fireplace and it is going to cost $3700 to do it right. That does not include the other areas that have not been completed and are in need of repair or completely redone to make it right. Working with this company has been a horrible experience. Many times we had to question the subcontractors as to why something was being done and Mr Anderson in most cases didn’t tell them what needed to be done according to our request. We have photos, documentation and recordings.
