Steve was brilliant, caught them lying and had the jury laughing at them.
We won the jury 12 zip. Got a full judgement and collected every dime.

Attorney Silverstein represented us in court in a UD case, failing to protect our interest in the security deposit we held that could be applied to past due rent. We were then successfully sued by the tenants later for the balance of the security deposit we withheld to cover our repair expenses. Lazy, arrogant and incompetent is the best way I can describe Silverstein. So outrageous was his conduct I filed a complaint with the State Bar of California (case # 10-27503).
