I love this shop, Owners Jeff and Karen are awesome. They go out of their way to make you feel like family. Their knowledge is unsurpassed and their bike mechanics really take the time to help you. No bike snobs here unlike some other local shops.



There is also a great Bike Club that meets here on Saturdays. You can do 25 to 30 Miles with them and there will be coffee and bagels waiting when you return.

The pony-tailed middle age salesman who works in this establishment is very rude. I went in the store today looking for a bike for my daughters birthday. He told me he knew what bike I was looking for and they would have to special order it and since it didn't cost $400 or more he went back to his office to watch TV. I did not realize this, I thought he went to find the brochure for the bike that cost $200. I proceeded to walk around the store and they had some very nice bikes. I wandered for about 15 minutes and went to look for the salesman, he was sitting in his office watching TV. I said I was interested in asking questions about some of the bikes and he basically told me every bike he had cost more than the bike I was interested in. I politely asked him if he was interested in selling a bike and he said no I needed to have my daughter in the store and basically I could leave and not bother to come back and he closed the sales window on me. I have never been treated so rudely. The bikes they have in the store are excately what my daughter is looking for including all the accessories....However, I would drive to Santa Barbara before I purchased a bike from that store which is within 10 minutes of my home.
