worst repair service ever!

My sons DS lite hinge broke, so I took it to GATpro on April 22nd he said no problem! it will be a few days, After a month I started calling and calling and calling! leaving messages with machines and people. We finally get him on the phone he tells me they received the wrong part and they will take off 15.00 for the mistake I agreed. 3 more weeks go by and again with the leaving the messages. So my husband and i drive out there mind you this place if 11m from my home. I go and they cant find it and offer to ship it to me ! I told them NO get him on the phone I am not leaving! went to get coffee while i wait and I get a call They Tell me sorry we moved, wrong parts ect........ give him till Friday June 11 and it will be free and he will replace the other screen for free and done or not he will give it to me. So I get a call on Sat the 12th saying it was ready. I went to pick it up I look it over and it is missing screws and touch screen is not snapped on right i figured i will just get it out of there! I give it to my son that evening and the TOUCH SCREEN DIDN'T WORK !! ( it wasn't broken when i took it in, just the hinge) and it is rattling like something was loose. I will not take it back to them I will find another place. They need to work on customer service and get organized.
